Sleep diary

Print this page

Overview

The quantity and quality of an individual's sleep can influence how they feel, how they perform at work, school or at other activities, and how they interact with others.

This sleep diary can be used as homework by a client to gather information about their daily sleep pattern which can then be used in discussion with their psychologist to improve the quality or quantity of sleep experienced.
