Exposure response prevention (ERP) is a cognitive behavioural therapy technique, considered to be the most effective psychological treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). This worksheet is designed to help a client with OCD monitor their completion of homework tasks set from their exposure response prevention plan.
