Overview

This decisional balance worksheet provides clients with an opportunity to weigh up the costs and benefits of making a particular change to their behaviour, helping them to consider what impact changing or not changing their behaviour would have on different aspects of their life. Completing this worksheet may also help inform the development of behaviour change goals.
